6 Super Smoothie Bowl Recipes

1. Goji Berry Smoothie Bowl

This is one of my favorite smoothie bowls. Goji berries are the perfect smoothie bowl toppings and they are rich in antioxidants!

Blend:
1/2 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup frozen cherries
1 cup almond milk

Topped With:
1/2 banana cut into slices
Handful of your favorite  granola
Handful of goji berries!

2. Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is another great healthy option. It doesn’t contain a lot of protein though, so I would recommend a protein bar on the side with it.

Blend:
1/2 cup carrot juice (100% concentrate
2 pitted dates
1/4 vanilla extract
1/4 cinnamon

Topped With:
2 pitted dates cut up
Handful of unsweetened shredded coconut
Handful of almond halves (walnuts tend to go better for a carrot cake taste but I hate walnuts so I decided to add almond instead).

3. Blueberry Almond Smoothie Bowl

While it might not be as pretty as some of the other bowls, it is probably among the healthiest smoothie bowls I’ve made. Its packed with protein…a great jump start to your day!

Blend:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbs almond butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Topped With:
Fresh blueberries
Almond halves

4. Topical Mango Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is delicious but if you’re looking for nutritious, its very high in sugar and carbohydrates and it doesn’t contain a whole lot of protein. Definitely a must try but I wouldn’t recommend making it your everyday breakfast.

Splash of orange juice
3/4 cup frozen mango
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Topped With:
Fresh Kiwi
Fresh Mango
1/2 Banana
